Here are steps to find your order history, cancel orders or print a receipt for orders:

  1. Login to your account and click on the user icon at the top right
  2. Select "My Orders", this will show you your entire order history. If you click on "Full Order History" you will be able to see the products and recipient you sent to. Click on "Back To Order History" to return to previous view.
  3. If you click on the order number you will see the recipient information along with a thumbnail of the product(s), pricing and also a tracking number you can click on to see the tracking information. Tracking is not available for single greeting cards and postcards (tracking is only available on shipments that include gifts)
  4. You can also click on "Print Receipt" to get a copy of a receipt for each order (you must click on the order number and then click on "Print Receipt" in the upper left hand corner of this order preview).
  5. You can also cancel an order if it has been less than one hour since you placed the order. If it has been less than an hour there will be a yellow cancel button to the right of the order number. If your order says "Authorizing Payment", as soon as your payment is authorized the cancel button will appear.
  6. If you know the order number you are looking for you can type that number in the search field to quickly go to that order.
  7. If you click on the column headers this will also sort by that variable.
